U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer two shipping options: Free USPS 1st class shipping on all orders and UPS 2-Day Air for a flat rate of $19.95.
Orders can take up to 48 hours to process and ship depending on current order volume, weather, etc. We try our hardest to ship orders within 24 hrs or receipt. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with all your relevant order details as well as tracking information. If you have not received an email within 48 hours of placing your order, please email email@example.com.
Rumba has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE (except China) from Rumba. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

RETURNS (U.S. ONLY)
We pride ourselves on having one of the most straight forward return policies around - within 30 days of purchase from our website, we will either exchange it for the same style watch, issue rumbtime.com credit in the form of a gift certificate, or give you a refund. Please note there are no returns or refunds for items purchased on SALE, or if you purchased them somewhere other than our website.
Please send your watch with original packing slip (if you still have it) and a note stating your name, shipping and email address, the color and size of the watch you want as a replacement, or whether you would like credit or a refund. All returns should be sent to the address below. Once we receive the package, we'll process your request as quickly as possible.

WARRANTY (U.S. ONLY)
All RumbaTime items come with a one-year limited warranty.
Watches are warranted to the original consumer for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include wear or alteration to the battery, case, strap, bracelet and crystal (lens), nor extends to water damage or tarnishing of the case and bracelet. This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. Any other forms of guarantee given to you by an authorized retailer is her/his responsibility.
RumbaTime uses the best plating methods available but as is the nature of plating, it can over time corrode or wear off. To extend brilliance of your timepiece, we recommend removing your watch when applying perfumes and cremes, and when coming into contact with water or heat.
