We want you to get your order as quickly as you like, and that's why we offer 2 super fast options. Standard shipping via USPS 1st class FREE on all orders. We also offer UPS 2 Day Air for a flat rate of $14.95.
We try as hard as we can to get your order shipped out within 24 hours, but it can take up to 48 hours due to high volume or other circumstances. Once your order does ship you will receive an email confirmation with all your relevant order details as well as tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
Unfortunately right now we don't have a viable shipping option for international orders. Please refer to our list of Stockists to find a global retailer. If you can't find what you're looking for there, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll point you in the right direction.
We like to think we have one of the most straight forward return policies around - within 30 days return any watch purchased from our website and we'll either exchange it for the same style watch, issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or give you a refund. Please note there are no returns or refunds for items purchased on SALE, or if you purchased them somewhere other than our website.
Please send your watch, along with your original packing slip (if you still have it, if not, no big deal) and a note stating your name, shipping and email address, the color and size of the watch you want as a replacement, or whether you would like credit or a refund. All returns should be sent to the address below. Once we receive the package, we'll process your request as quickly as possible.

All RumbaTime items come with a one-year limited warranty. Manufacturer warrants RumbaTime watches to the original consumer for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase that the purchased watch is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not include wear or alteration to the case, strap, bracelet and crystal (lens), as well as water damage, unless marked "water resistant". This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
