CAN I REPLACE THE BATTERY?
Yes, any jeweler or watch shop can change the battery on any of our watches... or contact us and we can give you directions on how to replace it.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
All RumbaTime items come with a one-year limited warranty. Manufacturer warrants RumbaTime watches to the original consumer for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase that the purchased watch is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not include wear or alteration to the case, strap, bracelet and crystal (lens), as well as water damage, unless marked "water resistant". This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. Any other forms of guarantee given to you by the retailer is her/his responsibility. If you have an issue with your watch, don't hesitate to contact us using the form above!
