DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS

We have 3 options for shipping your RumbaTime order domestically - Standard USPS, UPS 3 Day and UPS Standard Overnight. Please note that all orders take 24-48 hours to process before shipping. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order ships and it will have all your relevant order details, as as well as tracking information when applicable.

Standard USPS with Delivery Confirmation - We send a delivery confirmation number in the shipment confirmation email - not quite a tracking number (USPS doesn't offer delivery tracking for standard first class mail) but it will allow you to see when your order has been picked up and when it is dropped off.

UPS 3 Day - $10 on all orders of 10 or less watches, $11 on all orders of 10 or more watches. Tracking numbers are included in your shipment confirmation email.

UPS Standard Overnight - $20 on all orders of 10 or less watches, $22 on all orders of 10 or more watches. Tracking numbers are included in your shipment confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

CANADIAN SHIPPING, UPS Standard International - $30 on all orders . Orders should arrive within 3-8 business days, depending on location. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes, which are estimated and applied at the time of purchase.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, UPS Standard International - $50 on all orders. Orders should arrive within 3-8 business days, depending on location. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes, which are estimated and applied at the time of purchase.

RETURNS

We like to think we have one of the most straight forward return policies around - within 1 year or purchase, return any watch for any reason and we'll either exchange it for a watch of equal value, or we'll give you a refund. In fact, you can keep the cool packaging our watches come in and just send them back in an envelope to cut down on postage.

Please send your watch, along with your original packing slip (if you still have it, if not, no big deal) and a note stating your name, the watch you are returning, the color and size of the watch you want as a replacement or whether you would like a refund. All exchanges/returns should be sent to the address below. Once we receive the package, we'll process your request as quickly as possible.
